Responsibilities

• Assists in analysis of clients' financial positions, industry data and M&A opportunities.
• Assists in valuations of private and public companies and basic to intermediate financial modeling in Excel.
• Contributes to client proposals and internal underwriting memos; helps prepare client presentations.
