Job summary

TD Securities is seeking an Analyst in Investment Banking to perform specialized financial and statistical analysis across marketing and execution activities. You will conduct research, support due diligence, and assist in valuations and client presentations.

You will work within a deal team under senior guidance, analyze clients’ financials and market data, and build financial models in Excel. A great entry point for those with 0–3 years' related experience seeking growth in capital markets.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics.
• Series 7, 79 and 63.
• 0-3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Works within a deal team under the overall direction of a senior officer.
• Assists in the analysis of clients' financial situations, industry and market data, and M&A opportunities.
• Assists in valuations of private and public companies.
• Performs basic to intermediate financial modeling in Excel.
• Provides input to external client proposals and internal underwriting memos; assists in the preparation of client presentations based upon the above.
