• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong valuation and accounting fundamentals.
• Proficiency with AI tools in a professional workflow and genuine interest in technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models including DCF, LBO, and merger analyses.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as pitch books and CIMs.
• Conduct industry and company research with comps and precedent transactions.
• Support diligence processes and data room management; track outreach in live deals.
• Monitor sector trends and capital markets developments across coverage areas.
