• Licensing strategies: define commercialization direction and licensing strategies.
• Licensing and IP-related agreements: lead and oversee template development with external counsel.
• Portfolio technology prioritization: identify promising technologies and path to products.
• Business development: build decks, engage with investors, secure partners.
• Ongoing relationships: nurture relationships with faculty and investors.
• Internal development projects: create value-added projects for team development.
