Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Ten or more years of related work experience.
• Ability to lead a team, set goals and KPIs.
• Knowledge of IP protection and technology transfer practices.
• Knowledge of equity management and stock issuance contracts.
• Knowledge of various license arrangements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences

Responsabilités

• Lead the HealthTech commercialization function, setting strategy and KPIs.
• Define startup formation directions and engage with investors.
• Negotiate licensing terms, equity structures, and IP policies.
• Prioritize technologies and cultivate commercialization opportunities.
