Job summary

The Vanguard Group in Malvern is offering a Technology Leadership Program in the Risk & Security Analyst track. This two-year rotational development experience targets new graduates starting a technology career.

You will complete three eight-month rotations across risk & security teams, gaining exposure to cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, risk management, and identity & access management, while building leadership capability over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (CS, CE, IST, IT, CIS, Security, Risk, Cybersecurity or related) required.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity, threat analysis, risk management, or fraud prevention.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity and operational risks across Vanguard's systems and processes.
• Analyze potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risk scenarios to strengthen controls.
• Support risk-informed decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and insights.
• Collaborate with security, technology, and business teams to improve risk management practices.
• Apply Agile methodologies to risk and security initiatives in a dynamic environment.
