Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern offers a multi-year IT rotational program designed to build deep knowledge of our systems and processes. You will rotate across Application Development and Technology Operations, completing eight-month assignments while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

You will take ownership of assignments, participate in training, and develop a personal plan to track progress. A CS-related degree is required and prior IT exposure is preferred; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Information technology experience preferred.
• Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotation objectives across IT areas and own projects.
• Participate in three 8-month rotations in Application Development or Technology Operations.
• Demonstrate accountability for issues throughout the problem resolution process.
• Develop professionally through training, meetings and a personal development plan.
• Navigate the organization by building a network of business contacts.
• Deliver high-quality service with timely, accurate information to clients.
• Utilize data tools to enable solid decision making and present recommendations.
