Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience collaborating with researchers and engineers is a plus.
• Ability to translate user needs into technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with researchers and engineers to understand workflows and identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Set the technical direction for the team across platform components and datasets.
• Design and build platform components that other teams plug into, including libraries and interfaces.
• Own core datasets end to end: pipelines, schemas, and documentation to ensure trust.
• Drive convergence toward canonical datasets that research teams standardize on.
• Lead complex, multi-quarter projects while staying hands-on in code.
• Raise technical standards through design reviews and mentorship.
