United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced data engineer to build robust data pipelines and drive analytics initiatives. The role requires leadership of a team of engineers and hands-on coding in Python and SQL.

You will collaborate with product managers, ML engineers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end data solutions, while shaping data architecture and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a data engineer or similar role.
• Expert in Python and fluent in SQL.
• Experience managing 3+ engineers and driving growth.
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiar with ML/AI deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and ML engineers to develop pipelines and ETL tasks to extract insights.
• Establish data architecture processes that are schedulable, reproducible and reusable.
• Inform data team strategy with product leaders and managers.
• Manage Data Engineers to foster learning and success.
