Job summary

Moderna is seeking a cybersecurity professional to plan, execute, and document full-spectrum red team operations across digital, physical, and hybrid environments. You will develop and maintain offensive toolchains and collaborate with IR and Threat Intel to improve detections and controls.

The role requires 4+ years in cybersecurity with deep red teaming experience, expertise in MITRE ATT&CK, cloud attacks, and scripting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cybersecurity with red teaming or adversary simulation.
• End-to-end attack chain experience including initial access and data exfiltration.
• Expertise in network testing, AD exploitation, cloud attacks, and endpoint evasion.
• Experience with AI-based attacks and modern offensive tooling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document red team operations across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain offensive toolchains and infrastructure.
• Conduct external-to-internal attack simulations and measure detection efficacy.
• Collaborate with IR and Threat Intel to derive new detections and controls.
• Lead post-operation debriefs and contribute to red team maturity.
