Qualificações

• 5+ years of ML engineering or applied research with shipping neural nets.
• 4+ years of people management experience with cross-functional ownership.
• Deep knowledge of generative modelling applied to high-dimensional data.
• Hands-on experience with video, generative or world models.
• Working knowledge of cameras and 3D geometry for multi-camera rigs and calibration.
• Experience taking generated data into downstream models and measuring impact.
• Experience operating large-scale generation/training on multi-GPU systems.
• Strong Python and PyTorch fundamentals; building production tools.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to lead while empowering others in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Architect the future: set direction for post-training world models for synthetic data.
• Own the loop end to end from checkpoint/config to large-scale inference and training artefacts.
• Lead from the front on key components, codebases and experiments.
• Push throughput and yield: optimise inference, sampling, caching and self-serve workflows.
• Disrupt thoughtfully; question assumptions and champion bold, value-adding ideas.
• Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team across generative modelling, generation infra and training.
• Align with researchers, platform engineers and evaluation to integrate synthetic data into the stack.
• Architect teams through hiring and operating models; foster inclusive culture.
• Coach and mentor team members; balance depth with people leadership.
• Navigate evolving priorities with clarity and momentum.
