Qualifications

• Experience leading a 5+ IC data science team for 3+ years.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into team priorities.
• Proven track record in causal inference applications and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Set and align priorities with stakeholders and craft 3/6/12 month roadmaps.
• Review proposals and designs with senior engineers, ensuring rigorous evals.
• Monitor delivery cadence and surface schedule slippage early.
• Grow and onboard data scientists; invest in tooling to scale.
• Guide career growth and build progression paths for engineers.
• Foster cross-functional relationships close to customers.
