• 2 years of GenAI techniques or related concepts (LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models).

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
• Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop long-term technical goals and roadmaps within and beyond the team's scope.
• Oversee system designs within the broader area and review code to solve ambiguous problems.
• Review code and ensure best practices in style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
