Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Tech Lead Manager to guide the Data Integration Platform team, owning the platform for ingress/egress of data across the company's ecosystem. You’ll define patterns, contracts, and SLAs, and steer scalable pipelines that feed analytics and AI features.

You will stay hands-on, shape architecture, review critical changes, and write production code where it unlocks team progress. On-site presence in SF is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-scale, high-reliability software development with platforms and data integration experience.
• 3+ years in engineering management including hiring, performance management, and mentoring.
• Hands-on coding ability with production-grade Python/Java/Scala and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with data governance, security, and scalable data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data Integration Platform team, setting direction and priorities.
• Architect, review designs, and contribute production code to unblock progress.
• Define integration patterns, data contracts, and SLAs across data flows.
• Partner with Product, Security, Analytics, and external partners to scale data operations.
