Qualifications

• 5+ years' production software development experience.
• Experience with modern LLM providers and tooling.
• Familiarity with prompt design and retrieval-augmented systems.
• Ability to trade off models and architectures pragmatically.
• Comfort in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI-powered features for drafting and validating requirements.
• Build agentic workflows for design exploration and validation.
• Evaluate and integrate language models and tooling for reliability and cost.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, observability, and safety rails.
• Work across backend, APIs, and UI to deliver complete AI features.
• Collaborate with product and customers to identify valuable workflows.
