Google Mountain View seeks a Senior Tech Lead Manager for the Agentic Platform for Search Verticals. You will lead teams delivering agentic AI features with long-duration tasks and iterative planning, while growing engineering leadership and balancing product deadlines.

You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and oversee cross‑functional execution across sites internationally, shaping the next generation of search experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development with direct contributions to system architecture.
• 7 years leading technical project strategy and ML infrastructure.
• 5 years in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on agentic LLM capabilities and user experiences at scale.
• Set quarterly goals, balance platform investments, and align with product deadlines.
• Grow and mentor software engineers and tech leads across multiple teams.
• Contribute to system design and architecture beyond people management.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across sites and functions.
