Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharma company, is seeking a Global Capability Owner for KOL & External Engagement Platforms within the Customer Operations team. You will lead the global product strategy, partner with Tech Leads and vendors, and drive measurable outcomes across patient, caregiver, and HCP engagement platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
6+ years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries.
Experience in digital product management or product ownership.
Experience with event and engagement management platforms and vendor solutions.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmap aligned to franchise priorities.
Lead global roadmap for KOL & External Engagement Platforms.
Translate business needs into measurable product solutions with outcomes.
Ensure scalability, compliance, and efficient engagement across platforms.
