You will mentor juniors, drive CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with architects, scrum masters, and product owners, and ensure secure coding practices in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of work experience in systems or application development.
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university; computer science background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code and participate in design reviews for scalable backend systems.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define technical design and delivery approaches.
• Mentor junior developers, review code, enforce quality gates, and support CI/CD deployment.
