Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Strong SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and database knowledge.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
• Drive architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
