Job summary

Incedo in the United States is seeking a Tech Lead – Backend to lead development and integration for client solutions. You should design robust applications within a scalable architecture and mentor teammates.

You will work with Java and Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, and diverse data stores, in a hybrid work environment with collaboration across product and design teams. Strong communication and agile practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant backend design and implementation experience.
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot within microservices/Event-Driven architecture.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases.
• Experience with Agile development (Scrum or SAFe).
• Willing to work in a Hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Write high quality code, perform code reviews, and design systems of varying complexity.
• Engage with clients, capture requirements, and plan technical designs with leads/architects/product owners.
• Mentor junior team members, review code, and enforce quality gates and secure coding practices.
• Act as a bridge between project manager and team, owning team outcomes and growth.
