Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Master's degree and 15+ years of experience; additional experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with IdAM/ICAM delivery systems, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes.
• Experience with Entitlement Management and Digital Policy Management.
• Experience with security accreditation processes.
• Experience with Cloud/AWS.
• Systems engineering experience including requirements and system interface analysis for enterprise-scale development.
• Experience developing and maintaining interface control documents between enterprise components.
• Strong communication with stakeholders to clarify requirements and user stories.
• Translating user requirements into agile sprint stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with agile project management and backlog management.
• Hands-on experience with the customer A&A process to achieve system approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of database developers, systems engineers, software developers, cyber security engineers, and test engineers.
• Guide integration of new technologies and development of policies for enterprise services.
• Participate in deployment, administration, and testing of tools.
• Ensure alignment of digital policy management with enterprise objectives.
• Translate requirements into actionable sprint backlogs and acceptance criteria.
