Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Engineer Tech Lead to guide a 200+ staff program supporting Entitlement Programs and IdAM/ICAM, authentication, and digital policy management. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive policy development, and oversee deployment and testing of enterprise tools.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Poly, a Master’s degree and 15+ years of experience, with strong communication to stakeholders and a track record in agile environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Master’s degree plus 15+ years of relevant experience; degree may be substituted by equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with IdAM/ICAM delivery systems and digital policy management.
• Experience with security accreditation processes and cloud environments (AWS).
• Ability to translate requirements into agile stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers and cyber personnel to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Provide guidance to build new technologies and integrate policies into an enterprise service.
• Participate in deployment, administration, and integration testing of tools and interfaces.
• Maintain interface control documents and ensure stakeholder alignment on requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to translate user needs into sprint goals and backlogs.
