Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS, mathematics or related field strongly preferred.
• Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis; three years in project management preferred.
• Hands-on technical leadership experience leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• Proficiency in one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle; ability to tackle complex problems.
• Experience with secure coding practices and coding standards.
• Experience with unit testing, code coverage, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect data and technology solutions.
• Mentor and trains team members on design techniques, tools and coding standards.
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
• Drive cross-collaboration across multiple teams.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, document and deploy software per standards.
• Champion DevSecOps tooling and practices.
• Encourage continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
