Job summary

TekWissen Group in Hartford, CT seeks a Software Development Lead with expert Guidewire PolicyCenter skills to drive end-to-end software design, development, and integration projects for our clients. You will mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions leveraging APD, Guidewire Integration Gateway (IG), REST services, and Java.

This role requires leadership with a focus on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• A minimum of Bachelor s degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
• Hands on development experience with Guidewire Gosu and Advanced Product Designer (APD).
• Experience with PolicyCenter, integration and product modeling is required.
• Certifications in Guidewire are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of PolicyCenter solutions, including model and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure quality delivery.
• Analyze requirements and translate into technical specifications for the development team.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve performance and user experience.
