We’re working with a major insurance enterprise looking to appoint a Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead to spearhead large-scale implementations and cloud modernization initiatives across Personal and Commercial Lines.

This is a senior‑level, hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who can own solution design, lead technical delivery, and serve as a strategic advisor within complex P&C transformation programs.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading full lifecycle Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations for Tier 1 insurers
• Driving PolicyCenter V10 SaaS implementations or on‑prem to cloud migrations
• Designing and configuring PCFs, Business Rules, Data Models, and GUnits
• Architecting integrations using REST APIs, messaging frameworks, and batch processing
• Connecting PolicyCenter with external portals and enterprise platforms
• Providing technical direction and mentoring development teams
• Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, future‑ready solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• At least 2 end-to-end PolicyCenter implementations (Personal or Commercial Lines)
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Data Access
• Deep Property & Casualty insurance domain expertise
• Background working with large US insurance carriers
