Job summary

Trader Interactive seeks a Tech Lead, Engineering to report to our HQ in Virginia Beach, VA and may work remotely. You will provide technical direction for engineering teams delivering complex product initiatives, drive daily execution, and design scalable solutions across multiple languages and frameworks.

You will ensure observability, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and mentor engineers to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with 4–5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team or driving large‑scale architectural changes across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks and modern web technologies.
