Job summary

Elite Technology seeks a Tech Lead Engineer to drive the product and platform roadmap with hands-on coding and strong technical leadership. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high standards across the software lifecycle in a remote-first setup.

You will partner with Product, UX, QA, Security and Infra to deliver scalable, secure SaaS solutions. This role emphasizes execution, quality, and engineering excellence while leveraging cloud-native patterns.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development in complex, scalable business apps.
• Expert-level MS stack: C#/.NET Core and Angular.
• Strong Azure cloud experience and distributed systems know-how.
• Proven design/operation of microservices and RESTful APIs (ODATA).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for high-impact initiatives ensuring scalable, secure solutions.
• Lead architecture design with engineers and architects.
• Own end-to-end execution from design to delivery, manage risks and dependencies.
• Translate designs into tasks, estimates, and plans.
• Design and evolve cloud-native architectures using microservices and event-driven patterns.
• Uphold engineering standards through code reviews, tests, observability, and DevOps.
• Mentor engineers, foster collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Partner with Product, UX, QA, Security, and Infra to meet requirements.
• Communicate trade-offs and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Remain hands-on with production-ready code for critical components.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues with strong problem solving.
• Adopt modern technologies to improve reliability and team effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties to support objectives.
