Job summary

Amplemarket is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide engineering and product initiatives from concept to delivery. You’ll stay hands-on about 75% of the time, mentor engineers, and own technical direction for greenfield projects powered by LLMs and AI.

You’ll collaborate closely with co-founders and product leaders, recruit and grow the team, plan sprints, and maintain high quality and platform stability while shipping impactful features for a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Strong technical leadership with hands-on coding influence.
• Experience guiding greenfield projects leveraging Large Language Models and AI technologies.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical direction across teams.

Responsibilities
