Job summary

Stable10 is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the implementation and deployment of a customized AI/LLM platform for large enterprise customers. This remote role on the US East Coast offers high ownership in a fast-growing startup.

You will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications, collaborating with a globally distributed engineering team to deliver customer-specific functionality and ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of software engineering experience with backend/AI focus.
• Proven production experience with LLM-based or agentic AI applications.
• Strong Python development skills and end-to-end product delivery.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and design.
• Experience shipping production software to enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a customized AI/LLM platform in a large enterprise.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications and services.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team to integrate customer-specific functionality.
• Own reliability, performance, and scalability of AI-powered workflows.
• Partner with customer engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive independent solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and platform evolution.
