Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee Video Template Review, providing leadership for tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and review processes across motion graphics and templates.

You will drive automation, set cross-platform technical standards (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro), and partner with Product, Engineering and Content Operations to enhance systems while upholding ethical AI use.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of motion graphics and video production workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows is a plus.
• Ability to translate requirements into reviewer guidance and documentation.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Content Operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analysis of video templates, motion graphics, After Effects projects, Premiere Pro templates, DaVinci Resolve templates, and related assets.
• Lead technical upskilling and tooling adoption for Video Template Reviewers.
• Test, deploy, and optimize AI-assisted review workflows for template content.
• Establish and maintain technical review standards across supported software platforms.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve template review systems and workflows.
• Monitor quality trends, compatibility issues, and operational risks.
• Support escalations involving template functionality, licensing, copyright, AI-generated content, and technical performance.
• Drive automation and innovation initiatives within Video Template Review operations.
• Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI in template review workflows.
