Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a closely related field (ideal).
• Industry experience, professional editing portfolio, or hands‑on work in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
• Strong storytelling, color correction, motion graphics, sound design, transitions, pacing, and visual continuity skills.

Compensation and Benefits
