Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Forward Deployed Creative Technologist (Video) to embed with enterprise video teams and build AI-powered workflows on Firefly Services and After Effects/Premiere. Qualifications

Track record of winning adoption from resistant users via workshops.
Deep After Effects and Premiere expertise (MOGRT authoring, scripting).
Strong video production pipeline and creative supply-chain knowledge.
5–10 years straddling video production and technical development.

Responsibilities

Discover real user pain points and high-impact use cases beyond the initial deal
Compose Firefly video APIs (cutdown, reframing, dubbing, lip sync) into working solutions
Drive adoption via workshops, live builds, and training; integrate with Frame.io, MAM, Premiere panels
Diagnose blockers; build workarounds or influence upstream roadmap
Convert reusable patterns into shared templates and Workflow Builder nodes
Demo your own work — real cuts, not slides
