Job summary

LegalZoom is seeking an AI-native Video Editor to join the Brand & Creative team. You will own video execution from capture through final delivery, including hands-on videography and full post‑production.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong AI tool fluency, and a portfolio showing concept-driven storytelling. This hybrid position combines remote work with onsite collaboration at the Sherman Oaks, CA office and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of video editing experience in-house or at a creative agency.
• Active fluency with AI creative tools in current workflow.
• Deep post-production expertise: editing, color, motion, audio.
• Strong organizational skills for large asset libraries.
• Hands-on videography for in-office shoots.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content across advertising, social media, employer brand, product marketing, customer storytelling, internal communications, and product demos.
• Use AI throughout the creation lifecycle to strengthen creative development, streamline production and post‑production.
• Deliver thoughtful edits with platform best practices, adapting pacing and formats to each channel.
• Maintain organized video and asset libraries and scalable workflows.
• Support in-person and remote productions by operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
