Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to guide teams on a Microsoft stack with Azure, Angular, and AI-driven initiatives. You will lead architecture, develop scalable solutions, and champion engineering best practices across our SaaS offerings.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Microsoft tech, 3+ years in leadership, and strong experience with AI/ML, Azure AD, and cloud-native design. Remote-friendly with hybrid/dallas preference.

Qualifications

8+ years of software development using Microsoft technologies.
3+ years leading engineering teams or as Technical Lead.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more Agile development teams delivering enterprise SaaS applications.
Design scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure.
Mentor developers and conduct code reviews for quality.
