Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.
• 8+ years of software development with Microsoft technologies.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or as a Tech Lead.
• Expert-level C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, EF Core, SQL Server.
• Strong Angular (v12+) and TypeScript experience.
• 2+ years AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications with C#, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Lead or contribute to multiple AI initiatives coordinating with stakeholders.
• Establish coding standards and best practices across the lifecycle.
• Mentor developers and perform code reviews to ensure quality.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps processes.
