Gwinnett Technical College is seeking an Educational Aide for the CIS Lab to assist in the computer lab, support students, and perform administrative tasks.

You will troubleshoot virtual machines, operating systems, hardware, software, and Microsoft Office; maintain records; and communicate with staff. The role supports training opportunities and requires flexible schedules and reliable effort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to troubleshoot VMs, OS, hardware, software, and Office apps.
• Ability to lift 15–30 lbs and adapt to varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral and written reports as required.
• Perform basic administrative tasks to support the computer lab.
• Assist students and offer encouragement and support.
• Maintain records and daily sign-in logs as needed.
