Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in staffing or recruiting.
• Strong rapport-building with individuals at multiple levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage candidates for new and existing job orders through meetings, calls and emails.
• Source and track candidates to present our IT staffing services.
• Develop relationships with clients and maintain trust via regular contact.
• Meet monthly activity targets focused on recruiting efforts.
• Engage on LI Recruiter, Indeed, Dice and other platforms to identify talent.
