Job summary

• Minimum of six years of experience as a practicing attorney with focus on technology transactions and IP law.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex technology agreements (SaaS, API, data licenses).
• Advise on software license scope for AI initiatives.
• Serve as legal counsel to the Responsible AI (RAI) Committee and support enterprise AI governance.
