Job summary

Intuit in Mountain View seeks a Finance Leader of Technology Investments FP&A to partner with Technology leaders to drive forecasting, planning and analysis across the technology portfolio. You will mentor junior team members and promote best practices in investment management within Finance.

You will oversee end-to-end budget management, lead headcount forecasting with HR and business leaders, and deliver data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions that support Intuit's growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent tenure in dynamic finance roles.
• Strong ability to derive insights and present to senior executives.
• Deep understanding of investment management and resource planning, preferably in tech.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end budget management for Technology executives with concise storytelling for executives.
• Lead forecasting, resource planning, and financial management for Technology investments.
• Lead Technology headcount forecasting with cross-functional teams including HR and Business Leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives with senior leaders and finance teams.
