Job summary

You will work with senior bankers and participate in due diligence, modeling, and presentation material preparation. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of investment banking experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or finance, and strong finance, quantitative, and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year work experience in investment banking and/or front-office related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution orientation.
• Impeccable communication skills with senior professionals and clients.
• Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation and liaising with clients and advisers.
• Work with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams.
• Build and use complex financial models, perform valuation and analytical tasks.
• Draft presentation materials for M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Keep abreast of market developments and target client dynamics.
