J.P. Morgan in San Francisco seeks an ambitious Analyst to join the Healthcare investment banking team. You will contribute to the execution of high-profile M&A and capital markets transactions, building financial models and drafting client materials alongside seasoned bankers.

You will gain hands-on learning, mentoring, and exposure to cross-functional product and sector teams, developing core IB skills and a path toward senior client leadership within a globally respected firm.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of prior work experience in an investment banking front office, or related role.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and is execution oriented.
• Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Execute transactions: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation etc and liaising with relevant counterpart at the client/other advisers (accounting, legal, etc)
• Working with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams
• Building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises
• Drafting presentation materials, management presentations, Board materials, Memorandums, and other presentation materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue Keeping abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics

Kenntnisse

One year front office IB experience

Strong accounting/finance skills

Excellent written communication
