Job summary

Vanguard offers a College to Corporate (C2C) Internship Program in technology, giving hands-on experience across web, mobile, and backend systems. You’ll gain mentorship and structured development to grow technical and leadership skills through ownership of work and collaboration.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in application development (web, mobile, or backend).
Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
GPA 3.2 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance applications that support Vanguard's internal systems and client-facing platforms.
Participate in the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Work with modern technologies and tools in an Agile/LEAN team environment.
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners to deliver impactful solutions.
Contribute ideas, solve problems, and drive outcomes independently and in a team.
