Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS/CE/IT or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance applications that support Vanguard’s internal systems and client-facing platforms.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Work with modern technologies and tools in an Agile/LEAN team environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners to deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute ideas, solve problems, and drive outcomes both independently and as part of a team.
• Build connections with peers, mentors, and leaders across Vanguard.
• Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to support your development.
