Launch your career in technology with Vanguard’s College to Corporate (C2C) Internship Program. As an intern in this space, you’ll gain hands‑on experience building and delivering impactful technology solutions that support our mission to give investors the best chance for success in areas such as web, mobile, and/or application development. This immersive internship combines real-world project work, mentorship, and structured development to help you grow your technical and professional skillset while building leadership skills through ownership of work, collaboration, and real-world impact. You'll build high‑impact solutions that allow Vanguard to perform at its best and do what’s right for investors through exciting assignments.

In this internship, you will:

• Design, build, and enhance applications that support Vanguard’s internal systems and client‑facing platforms
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment

What it takes:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (required)
• Strong interest in application development, including web, mobile, or backend systems
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and ability to learn in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills and/or leadership aspirations
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (preferred)
