Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. invites applications for a Technology Intern position in Richmond, VA for Summer 2027. You will join a team building tools powering our real estate platforms, collaborating with engineers and a dedicated mentor to grow core software engineering skills.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience with enterprise projects across languages and technologies, with a Monday–Thursday in-office schedule and a flexible Friday WFH option.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable major.
• Must be planning to return to school after Summer 2027 internship.
• Expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028; minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Available for full 10-week, 40-hour work week.
• Experience applying programming languages, databases, cloud concepts, or frameworks to build or improve software.

Responsibilities

• Help build software tools powering CoStar Group's proprietary platform.
• Work alongside full-time engineers with a dedicated mentor.
• Gain exposure to core software engineering principles and day-to-day learning.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday in office with optional Friday work-from-home.
