Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. seeks a Technology Intern to help build software tools powering our proprietary platform. You’ll work with established engineers, receive mentorship, and contribute to real business initiatives across Homes.com, CoStar.com, Apartments.com, and LoopNet.com.

The program offers hands-on experience on enterprise projects, pairing each intern with a dedicated mentor to support technical development and career growth throughout the Summer 2027 internship in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable major.
Plan to return to school after Summer 2027 internship.
Graduation date between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Available for the full 10-week, 40-hour workweek internship.

Responsibilities

Assist in building software tools for CoStar Group’s platforms.
Collaborate with engineers and mentors on enterprise‑level projects.
