CoStar Group is seeking a Technology Intern to join our Nashville team for Summer 2027. You will work with engineers on tools powering Homes.com, CoStar.com, Apartments.com, and LoopNet.com, learning core software engineering principles with a dedicated mentor.

The program emphasizes hands-on development and exposure to enterprise-scale projects. Location is Nashville, TN with in-office Mon-Thu and Friday work-from-home option.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and plan to return to school after Summer 2027.
• Graduation date between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Eligible for a 10-week, 40-hour per week internship.
• Experience applying programming languages and software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers on enterprise projects powering CoStar Group platforms.
• Collaborate with mentors and teams to develop software solutions during the internship.
