Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/SE with plan to return after Summer 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Available for full 10-week, 40-hour week internship.
• Experience applying programming languages, software engineering fundamentals, databases, cloud concepts, frameworks, or related tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building software tools for CoStar Group’s platform.
• Collaborate with sales and research teams across real estate marketplaces.
• Pair with a dedicated mentor for technical development and career growth.
• Work in Arlington, VA with a Mon–Thu in‑office schedule and Friday option to work from home.
