Job summary

CoStar Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Technology Intern to help build software tools powering our real estate platforms such as Homes.com and CoStar.com. You will work alongside full-time engineers, with a dedicated mentor, on enterprise‑level projects during a 10‑week summer internship.

You'll gain hands-on experience across modern technologies (TypeScript, React, Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker) and learn about AI, ML, NLP, and API design while applying core software engineering

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related major and planning to return to school after Summer 2027.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (or higher).
• Available for the full 10-week summer internship and a 40-hour work week.
