CoStar Group, Inc. invites a Summer 2027 Technology Intern to Irvine, CA. You will join a team building tools powering Homes.com, CoStar.com, Apartments.com, and LoopNet. The program pairs you with a dedicated mentor and exposes you to enterprise‑level projects and core software engineering practices.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience with modern tech stacks (TypeScript, React, Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker) and AI/ML concepts. Schedule: Mon–Thu in office, Fri remote, in Irvine.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• Must plan to return to school after Summer 2027 internship.
• Graduation date between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028 is expected.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Available for full 10-week, 40-hour per week internship.
• Experience applying programming languages and software fundamentals to build or improve software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building software tools powering CoStar Group’s platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers on enterprise‑level projects and core software engineering principles.
• Work with a mentor to support technical development and career growth.
• Contribute to real business initiatives involving real estate data and marketplaces.
